Yossif Ivanov, an outstanding young Belgian violinist, is the winner of 4 major international competitions. We are very privileged to welcome this astonishing player to Worcester for the first time.

During our evening concert "Sea Scapes", Sir David Willcocks will be receiving a lifetime achievement award from the Ralph Vaughan Williams Society. This should be a memorable and exciting occasion to recognise a musician of impeccable integrity.

Our late night concert is the extraordinary group "Acoustic Triangle", led by Malcolm Creese, one of Europe's most admired double bassists, with renowned pianist & composer Gwilym Simcock, and saxophonist & composer Tim Garland. This performance is the penultimate concert of their 2008 tour of sacred places.
