If you are booking for an event which has unreserved seating, no plan will show, and you can go straight on to window 3.

If you are booking for an event which has reserved seating, a schematic plan of the venue will show in this window. The colour coding relates to the price categories of seat available, and the prices are displayed towards the bottom of the window. If you point your mouse at a section, the rest of the plan will 'grey out', and the section name and seat information will show in the panel which then appears at the bottom of the window. To select a section, click on the coloured block on the plan. This will make the detailed seating plan of this section appear in window 3 to the right.

For unreserved events, simply add or remove tickets using the buttons provided, then click the green 'Add to Basket' link under 'Your Selection'. This will add your selected tickets to the display in window 4.

For reserved events, the detailed seating plan of the section selected in window 2 will display. If it is larger than the window, use the scroll bars to explore what is not initially visible. The front of seat is rounded, so you can tell which direction it faces. You can now choose exactly which seats you would like: available seats show in colours, unavailable in grey. Select a seat by clicking on it; a dot will appear on the seat, and the seat detail you have selected will appear under the green 'Your Selection' bar. To unselect a seat, click on it and the dot will disappear. When you are happy with your selection, click on the green 'Add to Basket' link, which will add your selected tickets to the display on window 4.

If you want to purchase tickets for other events, either select the event from the list in window 1, or scroll down the page, and select the day you are interested in from the menu on the right hand side of the page below.

All of the tickets you have selected using the previous 3 windows will be displayed here. If you have selected multiple events, use the scroll to move down the list. If you are not happy with what you have selected for any one event, click on the 'Edit Seats' button, which will show the schematic plan in window 2 and the detail in window 3 for you to change your selections.

At the bottom of this display is the 'Check Out' button. Click this to proceed with your order. This will take you to our secure pages.

General Ticketing Help

In order to buy tickets using our online interface, either click on the 'Book Tickets' link in the top left hand corner of the screen, or find the event for which you wish to buy tickets using the menu on the right hand side of the main Gloucester pages, and the click on the 'Buy Tickets' button. This will open up the Ticketing interface, which expands down from the top of the page, allowing you to still view the page you were originally on.

The Ticketing Interface is split into 4 sections:

This vibrant concert will recreate the excitement, acoustic and atmosphere of St Mark's Basilica in Venice in the late 16th century/early 17th century with music by Andrea & Giovanni Gabrieli, Grillo and Monteverdi.

The programme will not only highlight the individual members of the cathedral choirs with numerous solo opportunities, but demonstrate the lush polyphonic effects of the time and the newly emerging baroque style of the 17th century.
