Terms and Conditions of Sale
The festival reserves the right in reasonable circumstances (i) to refuse admission to an event venue (ii) to request any ticket holder to leave a venue and (iii) to take appropriate action to enforce this right.
Late-comers will only be admitted at a suitable break in the performance.
In the interests of security, the festival requests that concert-goers refrain from bringing large items of baggage to any event venue; and it reserves the right to search any bags, music cases etc, before entry to the venue.
Photography and the use of any video or audio recording equipment are prohibited.
Tickets are sold subject to the festival’s right to make any alterations to the artists, programme or any other advertised arrangements.
All ticket discounts are subject to availability.
All ticket sales are final. We are only able to offer refunds on tickets for performances which are sold out and only when we are guaranteed to resell them. An administration fee of £2.50 will be charged per refund transaction.
If a show you have booked tickets for is cancelled, you will be entitled to a full refund minus any booking fees, or credit on your Box Office account for the face value of the ticket.
Children under 16 attending as members of audiences remain the responsibility of their parents/guardians/carers.
Data Protection Policy
The festival maintains an electronic database of contact details and ticket information relating to its patrons. This information will not be shared without consent. This practice is within the guidelines of the Data Protection Act (1998).
Unacceptable Behaviour Statement
All customer-facing staff are trained to offer courteous service and act as advocates of the Three Choirs Festival. Every effort will be made to deal with your query quickly and effectively, and while dealing with you we would like to be treated with courtesy and patience in return. Any examples of unacceptable behaviour from customers will not be tolerated, and will be dealt with as detailed in the festival Unacceptable Behaviour Policy. Copies of this policy can be viewed in the ticket office for information.
If you wish to make a complaint and the person that you are speaking to is unable to help you directly, please put your grievance in writing to the Chief Executive of the Three Choirs Festival Association and send to:

Persistently aggressive or abusive behaviour towards our staff or volunteers may result in you being asked to leave the premises and/or festival site.
