About Hellens Manor Gala Evening

Join us at a superb black-tie evening event at Hellens Manor. The aim is to raise funds for The Three Choirs Festival’s work in showcasing music for everyone and FirstLight Trust’s work supporting thousands of Military veterans and ex-Emergency Services personnel.

Tickets include cocktail reception, a three-course meal and a music recital by the organ and choral scholars of Hereford Cathedral, with an auction and raffle to round off the evening.

Our auction will consist of some fabulous opportunities from staying for 3 nights in a luxury Shepherds Hut to a dinner for 15 friends in a Gloucestershire old Abbey farmhouse or a gorgeous piece of jewellery. A catalogue of auction prizes will be sent out with your tickets. If you are not able to place a bid please consider making a donation to be split between both charities.

The raffle is organised by the FirstLight Trust (registered charity no. 1149496 at 34 Grosvenor Gardens, London, SW1W 0DH). You will need to fill out an envelope with your name to act as your physical ticket which you can find at your seat. Tickets will be drawn on the evening of Friday 1st April 2022 after the dinner and auction. Proceeds from the raffle will be evenly split between Three Choirs Festival Ltd and FirstLight Trust. To participate in the raffle we suggest a minimum donation of £10.

If you cannot attend but would like to make a silent bid for our auction, please contact us for a catalogue. Our auctioneer is happy to take on the book bids in advance of the auction.

Proceeds will be split equally between the Three Choirs Festival and FirstLight Trust. Tickets cost £100 per person and tables of eight can be purchased for £800. Please let us know when booking about any dietary requirements and the names of all members of your group for the table plan.
