Vacancy: Ticket Office Assistants
Are you great with people, able to work under pressure, a positive thinker with a hands-on approach, able to work closely with others in a small friendly team? Then why not consider working in the ticket office for one of the oldest music festivals in the world, the Three Choirs Festival.
On the front line of customer service for the festival, you will deal with a large range of customer queries, selling tickets for all festival events as well as a range of merchandise items, using the festival computerised box office system, Spektrix. You will also experience working on the door at many venues across the city of Gloucester and beyond.
A knowledge of classical (especially choral) music would be an advantage, although not essential. If you have previous box office or customer service experience, fantastic, but don’t be put off if not! Excellent IT skills are desirable.
