During the first weeks of the pandemic, in 2020, Hilary Campbell and Steven Kings started to work online with Bristol Choral Society, and the first repertoire to be tackled was the music of Mozart. A real antidote to the fear and panic of those days, Mozart offered a positive and beautiful experience, which the choir is keen to share with its audience at the Cathedral. This all-Mozart concert includes some well-known favourites, such as the Coronation Mass, but also some less frequently performed gems, including ‘Regina Coeli’ written when Mozart was in his teens, and the sacred offertory ‘Alma Dei Creatoris’. Join us for an evening of emotion and musical perfection!

For the safety of their audiences, Bristol Choral Society have made the decision to sell this concert on a socially distanced seating plan. All seats are bubbled in groups of 1 or 2 and you will need to purchase all seats within a seating bubble (for example you cannot buy 1 seat in a bubble of 2 seats, but it would be possible to buy a bubble of 1 seat and a bubble of 2 seats close to each other, to make up 3).

If you are booking online and cannot find seating to fit the needs of your group, or you require any other assistance please call the ticket office on 01452 768928 (Monday-Friday, 10am until 4pm) or email booking@3choirs.org.
