Debbie originally joined the Three Choirs Festival in 2006 as the Worcester Festival Administrator, rising to the role of Development Manager for all three Festivals in 2010. She left in 2015 to join the Orchestra of the Swan, first as Business Development Director, and then CEO, growing the organisation from a regional professional orchestra delivering concerts across the Midlands, to reaching over 10,000 young and marginalised members of the community annually. Having taken early retirement from the Swan in April 2026 to travel globally with her husband, Debbie rejoined the Three Choirs fold in October 2026 as a part-time fundraising consultant, responsible for creating and delivering a legacy fundraising strategy.

Away from work, Debbie is a keen tennis player and amateur choral singer, and adores being a 'Granny' to her 2-year-old grand-daughter (with grandchild number 2 due shortly)!
