Work Experience

If you think you'd enjoy spending time with us and learning about what goes on behind the scenes of a music festival, then we'd love to hear from you!

We welcome enquiries about work experience, short-term or part-time placements. You may be looking to build your arts experience alongside an existing job, or perhaps looking for an internship to fulfil the requirements of a university or college course. We also offer other ad hoc, shorter-term roles. These placements are voluntary, with local travel expenses and a lunch allowance available.

Tenders

Planning is underway for the Gloucester 2026 festival, and we are looking to contract local, environmentally conscious companies to work with TCF for the festival period and provide some of our key requirements.
