Step back in time to Elizabethan England in this exquisite recital by viol consort Fretwork, renowned lutenist Elizabeth Kenny, and the superb Ian Bostridge, celebrating the 400th anniversary of lutenist John Dowland. One of the greatestmusicians of his age, Dowland’s timeless music is full of passion, and this recital features some of his most moving and iconic songs, including Flow my tears and In darkness let me dwell.
