Are you great with people, calm under pressure, a positive thinker with a hands-on approach, and a team player? If so, we’d love to hear from you!

We’re looking for enthusiastic Box Office Assistants to be part of our small, friendly team and delivering an excellent service.

You’ll be on the front line of customer service for the festival, handling a large variety of customer queries, sell tickets for festival events and a range of merchandise items. You will also gain experience working on the door at across various venues across Hereford, and you’ll get to grips with our digital box office system Spektrix.

If you have previous Box Office or Customer Service experience, fantastic, but don’t be put off if not! Full training on Spektrix and all procedures will be provided. Excellent IT skills are essential.

A knowledge or enthusiasm of classical music, particularly choral repertoire, is desirable, although not essential.
