The Three Choirs Festival has begun a recruitment process to find the organisation’s next Chief Executive as Alexis Paterson announces she will leave the organisation following this summer’s festival in Worcester. She leaves to become the Senior Music Programme Producer with Oxford University’s Cultural Programme ahead of the opening of the new Schwarzman Centre in 2025.

Reporting to the Chair and Board of Directors of TCFL, the Chief Executive will be responsible for the successful delivery of the annual Three Choirs Festival. They will work with the Board to set the strategic vision and direction for the Festival, seeking to fulfil the Festival’s Charitable Objects and its ambition for amateur and professional musicians to perform choral music of the highest quality, which is accessible to all.
