Sarah Richardson is a soprano, teacher, and vocal coach with a lifelong passion for classical music. She began singing as a chorister in Wotton-under-Edge before continuing her musical training at Bristol Cathedral, where her love of choral and classical repertoire flourished. Sarah went on to study Music Performance through the University of London, specialising in opera and classical vocal music.
Alongside her performance work, Sarah is a dedicated educator, supporting singers of all ages in developing their vocal technique and musical confidence. She is also a founder member of the Bristol-based female voice choir Vocalia. The ensemble recently presented a concert of early music in celebration of International Women’s Day, highlighting repertoire by women composers and showcasing the rich tradition of female vocal music.
Sarah continues to perform regularly while sharing her passion for singing through teaching and community music-making.
