Following a lengthy career in banking in and around West London, Roger relocated to Gloucestershire in 2004, since when he has managed the finances for several commercial charities, joining the Three Choirs Festival in 2017. Away from work, Roger is a keen golfer and tries to make the most of his season ticket at Everton FC.
