Booking Information
Back to Your VisitBooking Information
Booking for the festival opens in April, with our Members and Patrons receiving priority early booking.
You can book tickets online or over the phone on 01452 768928 (10am-4pm Monday to Friday). A booking fee of £2.50 will apply to each order. The week before the festival begins, an on-site office will open in that year’s festival city for in-person ticket sales and enquiries.
We encourage all bookers to choose the e-ticket option and have your tickets emailed to you free of charge. If you choose to have your tickets posted, there will be a £1 postage charge.
You should receive your tickets no later than two weeks before your concert. If at this point your tickets have not arrived, please contact the ticket office.
Account Credit and Refunds
We are only able to offer refunds on tickets for performances which are sold out and only when we are guaranteed to resell the tickets. If you are unable to attend either due to illness or because you have been requested to self-isolate, every effort will be made to re-sell your ticket. If the performance is not sold out, or for any reason the festival is not able to sell on your ticket, a credit on your ticket office account for the value of the tickets will be offered which may be used towards future tickets. An administration fee of £2.50 will be charged per refund transaction.
If an event during the festival is cancelled, you will be entitled to a full refund minus any booking fees, or credit on your ticket office account for the face value of the tickets.
Read our Terms and Conditions.
