Dispatch of Tickets

Postal and E-Tickets

Please check your address when booking your tickets.

A £2.50 transaction fee applies to each order (unless you are booking for a cathedral service only, in which case no transaction fee applies), plus 50p for postage. Alternatively, you can opt to have your tickets emailed to you and can either print them at home or show them on the door, using a smart phone or tablet.

All postal ticket orders will be dispatched approximately two weeks before the festival.

This year, we would encourage bookers, including international bookers, to please use the e-ticket option wherever possible.

Tickets for collection

Tickets for collection will be held at the box office and taken to the door of the venue one hour before the event. Tickets for festival events in the cathedral will remain at the box office. Please make sure you pick up your tickets at least 15 minutes before the scheduled start time of the concert.

This year, we would encourage bookers, including international bookers, to please use the e-ticket option wherever possible to avoid significant footfall in our on-site office.

What to do if your tickets don't turn up

Please get in touch with our ticket office on 01452 768928. We can reprint your tickets and have them left at the door of the venue for you to pick up at the start of the concert, or send them to you by email.

Please be aware that postal ticket orders will not be dispatched until approximately two weeks before the festival.
